We provide you with a range of services, including websites, mobile apps, plugins and search applications.
AUDIO CONVERSION TOOLS
The audio conversion tools we provide can be provided as websites, API, mobile apps, browser plugins, browser apps, or plugins into various sites (for example WordPress). Any audio files converted by our tools maybe stored on our servers to help support the tool you are using and any services used. If you wish to delete the files, please contact us with details. Please this requires additional time of up to 30 days and you may need to cancel all services that require those files.
Some Big Engage Marketing Products are called browser extensions which install into various browsers such as Google Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Safari and Microsoft Edge or Internet Explorer. The extensions can be downloaded onto your browser and offer a range of functions, including allowing you to manage and convert your documents, maintain your privacy while online, read news from various news portals, managing your calendar and providing you access to other functionality across the internet. These extensions are installed via the browser owning company’s website. Please read all their terms and conditions before installing any extension, including ours.
You may be able to disable or remove the default search features by removing or disabling the applicable extension you downloaded or changing your default search within your browser. This will depend on your browser and its relevant features.
In some Big Engage Marketing Products the Search capabilities are provided by Yahoo or Bing. Read their respective policies on the links below.

HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION
We collect minimal data from you as noted below. None of the below data is sold by us to any 3rd parties.
Automatically Captured Information. We automatically collect information from your computer and/or device when you use the Big Engage Products.
Services you sign up to - if you sign up to use our products you may be required to sign up by providing your name, company information, email, phone, address, website information and other details. We keep this information private and use this strictly for business purposes and communication with you.
- We may collect information about your hardware and software such as your IP address, your browser type and language and other browser-related information and a timestamp.
- We may collect information about how you use the Search Applications such as the keyword query, search query text, search results clicked, pages viewed and search history.
Once you visit any online site via one of our property’s links or search tools, you are responsible to review the privacy and terms of the other site. We are not responsible for the other site.
Payment Services: you may visit a Big Engage Product with payment options. If you choose to engage in payment activities, please review the payment solution's terms and privacy. Listed below are commonly used providers we use.

If you have accessed the Big Engage Products through an Big Engage Marketing Product or third party application installed on your computer or mobile device, then our search partners that developed or distributed the search application may collect information about you including the queries you submit via our Big Engage Products, the search application or your browser, as well as the search results and ads you click on and the address of the web pages you previously listed.
HOW DO WE USE THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We may use information that we collect about you to:
Deliver the Big Engage Products to you;
Respond to your queries with the best possible answers and search results;
Provide you with customer support;
Perform research and analysis about your use of, or interest in, the Big Engage Products, or products, services or content offered by others;
Communicate with you by e-mail, postal mail, display media and/or mobile devices about products or services that may be of interest to you either from.
Enforce our terms and conditions;
Manage our business and protect the quality of the Big Engage Products, which includes maintenance of the Big Engage Products systems;
Investigate complaints, abuse or other allegations; and
Perform functions as otherwise described to you at the time of collection.
These service providers may have access to information, which is needed to perform their functions and provide you with the Big Engage Products.
Advertisers and Ad Networks: As described above advertisers and ad networks, and other third parties may collect information themselves from the Big Engage Products (or we may provide them with the information described above) for purposes of delivering relevant ads.
Business partners: When you engage in promotions offered through the Big Engage Products, we may share information with the businesses with which we partner to offer you those products, services, promotions, contests and/or sweepstakes. When you elect to engage in a particular merchant's offer or program, you authorize us to provide your email address and other information to that merchant
We may disclose your information (i) in good faith compliance with a subpoena or similar investigative demand, a court order, or a request for cooperation from a law enforcement or other government agency, (ii) in connection with efforts to investigate, prevent, or take other action regarding illegal activity, suspected fraud or other wrongdoing; (iii) to protect and defend the rights, property or safety of our company, our users, our employees, or others; (iv) to comply with applicable law or cooperate with law enforcement; (v) to enforce our Big Engage Products terms and conditions or other agreements or policies; and (vi) in connection with a substantial corporate transaction, such as the sale of our business or the Big Engage Products (or a majority of the assets of either), a divestiture, merger, consolidation, or asset sale, or in the unlikely event of bankruptcy. In addition, we may share aggregated information we collect, under any of the above circumstances, with third parties, including advisors, advertisers and investors, for the purpose of conducting general business analysis.

The security and confidentiality of your information is very important to us; thus, we take certain security measures to help safeguard your information from unauthorized access and disclosure. Please know that, despite our best efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any password you may use to access the Big Engage Products. You agree not to transfer your username or password or lend or otherwise transfer your use of or access to the Big Engage Products, to any third party. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs in connection with your username or password.
Our Big Engage Products are intended for general audiences over the age of 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 18 years old. If you are not over 18 years old, then DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR USE THE Big Engage Products.
NO RIGHTS OF THIRD PARTIES
INFORMATION FOR RESIDENTS OF CALIFORNIA: YOUR CALIFORNIA, USA PRIVACY RIGHTS
If you are a California, USA resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) may provide you with additional rights regarding our use of your personal information. The CCPA Notice applies to “Consumers” as defined by the law. This section describes your CCPA rights as a California Consumer and explains how to exercise those rights.
Access to Information and Data Portability Rights
You have the right to send us a request, no more than twice in a twelve-month period, for any of the following for the period that is twelve months prior to the request date:
The categories of personal information we have collected about you.
The categories of sources from which we collected your personal information.
The business or commercial purposes for our collecting or selling your personal information.
The categories of third parties to whom we have shared your personal information.
The specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
A list of the categories of personal information disclosed for a business purpose in the prior 12 months, or that no disclosure occurred.You have the right to make or obtain a transportable copy, no more than twice in a twelve-month period, of your personal information that we have collected in the period that is 12 months prior to the request date and are maintaining.
Exercising Your Rights
To make a request for access, portability or deletion according to your rights under CCPA, contact us vi . California Consumers may exercise these rights via an authorized agent who meets the agency requirements of the CCPA. We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authorits to make the request and confirm that the personal information relates to you. Any request you submit to us is subject to an identification and residency verification process (“Verifiable Consumer Request”).
The Verifiable Consumer Request must:
Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative; and
Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
Some personal information we maintain about Consumers is not sufficiently associated with enough personal information about the Consumer for us to be able to verify that it is a particular Consumer’s personal information (e.g., clickstream data tied only to a pseudonymous browser ID). As required by the CCPA, we do not include that personal information in response to Verifiable Consumer Requests. If we cannot comply with a request, we will explain the reasons in our response.
We will make commercially reasonable efforts to identify Consumer personal information that we collect, process, store, disclose, and otherwise use and to respond to your California Consumer privacy rights requests. We will typically not charge a fee to fully respond to your requests, but we may charge a reasonable fee, or refuse to act upon a request, if your request is excessive, repetitive, unfounded, or overly burdensome.
We do not “sell” personal information that we collect from you, in accordance with the definition of “sell” in the CCPA and will treat personal information we collect from you as subject to a do not sell request. There is not yet a consensus as to whether third-party cookies and tracking devices associated with our websites may constitute a “sale” of your personal information as defined by the CCPA. You can exercise control over browser-based cookies by adjusting the settings on your browser.
We will not discriminate against you in a manner prohibited by the CCPA because you exercise your CCPA rights. However, we may charge a different price or rate, or offer a different level or quality of good or service, to the extent that doing so is reasonably related to the value of the applicable data.
